As part of King Salman’s guest program,
the Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah met with 185 pilgrims on
Tuesday at the King Abdulaziz International Airport in Jeddah.
This year’s program lets people from the 41 countries in the Islamic Military
Counter-Terrorism Coalition, as well as the families of people who died in
terrorist attacks and people who were hurt in terrorist attacks, do their Hajj rituals.
The ministry is taking care of the guests to make sure they have all
the services they need during their Hajj journey.
Services include places to stay, ways to get around, food,
and anything else they might need while doing their rituals.
The guest program also helps pilgrims in other ways,
like getting them travel tickets, visas, medical care, Saudi kings
and buses that run around the clock from their accommodations
to the Grand Mosque in Makkah.
The king’s kind act is in line with the Kingdom’s ongoing efforts to help pilgrims,
build good relationships with other countries, Saudi kings
and find new ways to bring the Muslim world closer together.
