Pilgrims Will Get Umrah Permits And Book Slots Online Starting July 30

RIYADH: Beginning on July 30, Umrah pilgrims will be
able to reserve their slots and obtain permits online,
according to the Saudi News Agency (SPA),
which cited the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah.

According to the capacity of the Grand Mosque in Makkah,
pilgrims will be able to reserve their slot using a color-coded
system on the “Eatmarna” app, according to SPA. Pilgrims Will Get Umrah Permits 

According to the Kingdom’s health regulations,
pilgrims who test positive for COVID-19 or who
is shown to be a patient’s
close contact on the
“Tawakkalna” app will have its permits revoked.
According to SPA, Umrah pilgrims would be required to
wear masks within Makkah’s Grand Shrine,
depart from the area by the end of their permit,
and desist from bringing unlawful luggage into the mosque.
According to the government,
the “Eatmarna” app will also make it simple for travelers to issue Hajj permits.
