Muslim Authorities Congratulate Saudi Arabia On a Successful Hajj

MANAMA: Muslim leaders praised the Saudi government on Tuesday
for how well the Hajj went this year as the annual pilgrimage comes to an end.

Bahrain’s King Hamad bin Isa Al-Khalifa gave
his heartfelt thanks for the success and careful
planning of this year’s pilgrimage,
which was made even better by the
the fact that everyone was in great health.

In a cable to King Salman, the king of Bahrain also
praised the government of Saudi Arabia,
which was represented by
all ministries, sectors,
and relevant authorities, for their hard work and
care in putting on the rituals, serving the pilgrims,
and making sure they were comfortable.

He also said that the precautionary and preventive
measures made sure that the highest safety standards
were met and that the pilgrims’ health was taken care of,
which made it easier, safer, and more peaceful
for them to do their Hajj rituals.

King Hamad also praised the work done to
expand the Grand Mosque in Makkah and the
high-quality services
that have been created
with all the facilities and holy sites that help
pilgrims and make their Hajj rituals easier.

said that the success was due to God’s grace and
the care that King Salman and his government showed.

He also praised the fact that the Grand Mosque keeps
getting bigger and that modern services and
technology is being added
to all of the holy sites.

and Crown Prince Sheikh Mishaal Al-Ahmad
Al-Jaber Al-Sabah of Kuwait also congratulated
the Saudi government on how well the Hajj season went this year.

Muslim World League Secretary-General Dr. Mohammad bin Abdulkarim Al-Issa,
Organization of Islamic Cooperation Secretary-General Hissein Brahim Taha,
President of the Arab Parliament Adel bin Abdulrahman Al-Asumi,
and Sheikh Al-Azhar Al-Shareef and Dr. Ahmed Altayyib of Cairo,
who praised the success of this year’s Hajj,
and also congratulated the leaders of the Kingdom.

In separate messages, the Muslim leaders talked about how
well the Saudi government, the private sector,
and the Saudi people take care of pilgrims,
even though there are still COVID-19 pandemic risks.
They also said that the Saudi efforts,
which made the annual event a success,
were very important to them.
