Dua For Qurbani Before And After Sacrifice

For Muslims who observe Eid ul AdhaReciting the Dua for Qurbani Udhiya is especially important. This website teaches you duas to recite before and after Qurbani.

The first time Ibrahim (AS) saw a dream in which Ismail (AS) was ordered to be sacrificed, he was skeptical and thought the devil had tricked him. He realized the following night that his dream had been a message from Allah and a command (SWT). He didn’t waste any time getting his son ready for the ultimate sacrifice.

Mount Arafat

Ibrahim (AS) adored his son, but that didn’t stop him from performing the duties that Allah (SWT) had given him, demonstrating his total submission to Him (SWT).

In his hands, Ibrahim (AS) had a knife and a rope, and he led his son to the top of Mount Arafat.  Allah (SWT) decreed that Ismail be sacrificed, so he told Ismail (AS) about the dream. Ismail (AS) accepted the command because he was told to do so by Allah (SWT).

Ismail (AS) requested that his hands and legs be tied during the sacrifice and that his father is blindfolded to avoid witnessing his son’s suffering. Ismail was well aware of his father’s devotion to him, and he expected it to be a difficult experience for him to witness it in person.

Fortunately, Allah (SWT) provided a ram to replace Ismail (AS) as Ibrahim (AS)
began carrying the sacrifice.
Ibrahim (AS) was put to the test by Allah (SWT) to see how devoted he was to Islam. As a symbol of Ibrahim’s (AS) commitment and willingness to obey Allah’s (SWT) commands, the Qurbani acts as a reminder of the true Islam that Allah (SWT) expects from us, and of the dedication and devotion of our beloved Prophet Ibrahim (AS) to serving Allah (SWT) in obedience.
