Abrar Hassan, a Pakistani Man, Rides his
Motorcycle For 50 Days to Perform Umrah
Abrar Hassan, a Pakistani biker and vlogger, has visited more than 18 countries,
12 of which he did so on his motorcycle to realize his ambition of
performing Umrah in Saudi Arabia. Hassan began his journey on February 9 when
he left his hometown of Nankana Sahib in Pakistan’s Punjab Province.
On March 27, he arrived in Madinah after visiting three continents and driving for 50 days.
He then traveled on to Makkah, the holiest city in Islam, to conduct Umrah.
Hassan added in a video message to Arab News from Madinah that riding to
Saudi Arabia on a motorcycle had long been a dream of his, and he is delighted
that it has finally come true this year. He stated that he enjoyed
every moment of his journey.
Hassan extended his gratitude to the Saudi Arabian
people for their love and warm reception.
Hassan, who works as a mechanical engineer for a German automotive firm,
said it was an amazing experience to be able to traverse multiple borders and
meet so many people along the route. But the biggest blessing he received
was the opportunity to arrive in Madinah a few days before the holy month
of Ramadan began, allowing him to observe The sacred city observing

warm reception. He said that as soon as he arrived in the Kingdom, a group of
women serving tea greeted him warmly and refused to take money from him
after knowing that he traveled by motorcycle from Pakistan to conduct Umrah.

Hassan’s amazing encounter with these women went viral on the internet,
introducing him to a large number of people in the Kingdom. When he drives

Hassan’s love and support allowed him to extend his stay in the Kingdom
and visit other cities. He stated that he had visited Madinah, Makkah,
and Riyadh and that he planned to travel to Jeddah, Abha, Al-Bahah,
Jazan, and Al Ula near the Jordanian border shortly.
